Reporting Date: 28-02-2012.
Martin and his six guests were out on an early morning gamedrive and were hoping to see some of the cats still active, a little while late they saw two lioness and four cubs one of the cubs was leading the pride to the shade.
Female with young cubs allow them to suckle communally, in doing so each lioness is promoting her own genetic interasts by helping to raise her reletive's offspring. Cubs eat meat at six weeks old and are weaned at six to eight months.
