Balloon Safari

This is an early start to the day. You are picked up from Bushtops in the early hours of the morning and depending on the weather conditions, your balloon flight starts just after dawn. This is an experience not to miss! It is one thing to fly in a balloon over beautiful landscape, but to have a birds eye view, drifting slowly over the migration, is awe inspiring.

The flight is usually about an hour, with the landing site being carefully selected by the experienced pilot. On our last flight our Captain Andrew arranged a rather well coordinated landing on an open field, dodging a herd of elephant in the process. To round off this unforgettable experience, you will be served a Bush champagne breakfast. You then have the option to go on for a full day game drive or return to camp for a well deserved nap.
