Cheetah on the lookout.
Where the grass is tall and visibility is poor, the cheetahs would take advantage of the termite mounds as points to look around for either prey or fellow predator. Thereafter, if it is a prey they have spotted, they would begin to move towards it with the aim of bringing it down. If it is a fellow predator like a lion, they would work towards avoiding it. Currently in the Serengeti, the best places to look out for the cats is on the elevated spots like the termite mounds and the rocky outcrops
